Pace Directory: Adding Profile Photo

Profile pictures can be added to Pace Directory profiles. These pictures will be visible on Pace Directory as well as other applications within Pace (such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Skype for Business). When adding a photo to Pace Directory, please follow the guidelines below:

Step-by-step guide

Accessing Profile Editor on Pace Diretory.

  1. Go to directory.pace.edu
  2. Click the Edit Information tab
  3. Click the Profile Editor link
  4. Log in with your MyPace Portal credentials and the click Log In button

  5. Scroll down the Profile Editor page and navigate to Photos.
  1. Click on Copy From Security Photo to use your security photo as your portrait photo.

    Note: Portrait photo appears on your Pace Directory profile when someone searches for you. 

  2. Click on Browse... (or Choose File on Chrome or Macs) in order to select a picture of your choice.

    Note: The portrait photo should be a cropped photo of your face only. For best results, use an image that is 96x96 pixels. Other sizes may result in a lower quality or distorted image. This picture will be visible on the Pace Directory as well as other applications within Pace (such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Lync.)

  3. Click Upload

To Verify if Photo was Successfully Uploaded

  1. Go to directory.pace.edu
  2. Type your First and Last Name in the Name field

  3. Select All Staff, Faculty, and Students under Person Type

  4. Check off I'm not a robot

    Note

    You may be asked to select all squares within the image to correspond with the word shown. After selection of images has been made, click NEXT or VERIFY button

  5. Click Search button

  6. Click on your name under Name column
  7. View your profile to check if the picture you choose appears
