Updating Personal Email Address on MyPace Portal

Pace students, faculty, and staff can add a personal email address via their MyPace Portal account.  This alternate email address will be needed if you ever forget your MyPace password and need to reset it via the ADAM.pace.edu website.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to portal.pace.edu
  2. Type your MyPace username (e.g. jd12345n) and password

    Note

    For issues or further assistance from an ITS representative, please use the following means:

    • Log on to the ITS Help Desk and enter a job ticket
    • Call the ITS Help Desk at 914-773-3333 or extension 33333 on campus
  3. Click LOGIN

  1. Click Students
  2. Click Update Mailing Address / Phone Number under Express Links

  3. Click pencil icon within Emails
  4. Click pencil icon if Personal email address is shown

    -or-
    Click Add New

  5. If accessible, select Personal in Email Type drop down menu

  6. Type your personal email address

  7. Type a comment if needed

  8. Click Add or Update

  9. Your email should now be listed under Personal

  2. Click on Employee Dashboard

  3. Click My Profile
  4. Click pencil icon within Emails
  5. Click pencil icon if Personal email address is shown

    Click Add New

  6. If accessible, select Personal in Email Type drop down menu

  7. Type your personal email address

  8. Type a comment if needed

  9. Click Add or Update

  10. Your email should now be listed under Personal
